We lead a very active sex life, but there is a whole spectrum of activities that other people partake in that quite frankly we just don’t have any desire to even try but don’t mind if they want too. But then there are the activities we just cannot understand why anyone would have any desire to try; kink that can kill for instance.

SEX SHOULD DO NO HARM!

Sometime it does. Take the case of the 58-year-old British man who scheduled a session with Mistress Lucrezia and her assistant Mistress Juno in their “dungeon” in a detached house in the quiet village of Sint-Job-in-‘t-Goor, Belgium.

Mistress Juno boasts she is “Europe’s most perverted dominatrix”. Her website says she and her assistant specialize in administering “extreme pain”.

Mistress Lucrezia informs potential customers on her site that she offers “bondage, humiliation, torture, education and cross-dressing”.

She adds: “Sessions can last from one hour, and even up to three days.”

I specialise in extreme medical and long sessions. Beware, I am not a softie.”

I’m sadistic, intelligent and perverse. In my nature, I’m a sadist of the worst kind.”

The client must have a pretty good idea what he was paying for. But the end result of ending up dead in the shower. The Antwerp prosecutor says the man could have died after being given nitrous oxide, used as an anesthetic to prolong sadistic sex sessions.

Maybe that was a little more that he really expected. But for crying out loud; “extreme ” — “torture” — “sadist of the worst kind”; wouldn’t you think you would be taking some chance with that?

Mistress Lucrezia and Mistress Juno have been charged with assault and battery leading to death, without intent to kill.

OK, maybe within passion some sensations do bring pleasure that might not be there otherwise. We can even understand this to a greater degree than we would ever want. But there is a limit to what we can comprehend.

Three days of pain, torture, humiliation is not for us. We just don’t understand it.

Ugh! Like you, I have an active sex life but no interest in BDSM, but will support the right of consenting adults to partake. This so far crosses the line that I no longer can even SEE the line. I truly believe that if someone wants to be injured to an extreme extent, they should seek professional counseling.

I also agree with you that the victim in this case should have known the dangers, but the ad didn’t say: “Oh, by the way, I may kill you,” either. I hope this pair spend the next few years enjoying the unique torture that only jail cells can provide.

    • Amazed, but this post as been has been attacked on Twitter as anti-kink rhetoric. We have trouble including life-threatening behavior in the definition of kink. Not sure what you would call it, but we want no part of it.
