It is easy to forget when the aches and pains of multiple decades start to add up, but we should all remember that there is still a child inside and we should let it out from time to time.

Of course we should also remember it is a lot longer fall to the floor, none of us bounce as well as we used to, the floor is one hell of a lot harder than it used to be, but laughing and giggling is still great, and thank goodness the dogs get worn out playing tag just as fast as we do!
Is Still Here & Still Here Too
Real, unabashed belly laughter is too often left as we age. We become self-conscious, even embarrassed if we enjoy something too much. Laughter keeps us young, as does remembering and trying to see life as we did as a child — with wonder and delight.
And our imaginations are more powerful than ever!
